Each of C-TEC’s programs have different eligibility requirements.  If you’re interested in applying, please contact us and we’ll help you determine which program is right for you!

Here are some of the basics:

  • Reside in Clackamas County (and/or getting community services within Clackamas County)
  • Be between the ages of 14-24
